SOLD 3/11/2008
Maxine – She was a large old dog that I knew many years ago, I think a golden retriever mix. It seemed like every time I saw her she was laying on the couch and when I came in she would open an eye to check me out and then back to sleep. I ran across a picture of her and her owner last evening and made the decision to try this painting from memory. I think it turned out well. I’d welcome any comments.
