The Prairie Steamer – After almost a two week hiatus from the brushes it seemed only natural to do another steam engine painting. The cool crisp air, a steam engine and the endless miles of flat prairie make a good receipt for an interesting painting. Everything fades or disappears in the distance to accent the object of the work; its steam engine and plume of smoke. This one has a softer nature the than the other two I’ve done recently.
