I posted this last month for about a day and was not satisfied so I reworked it and re-posted it today.
I always called it “The Dead Tree Lake”. I don’t remember it’s real name. I fished it that day with my parents, my uncle Vick and aunt Delia. That was more than 48 years ago in northern Minnesota. I remember it had a very silent and final look with radiation fog across the surface. I remember the northern pike were biting that day. The Dead Tree Lake.
