Cider Pot - It was a good number of years ago and somewhere in New England, I don't remember exactly where. That day I had lunch in a local place with lots of rustic historic color. An Artist's Lunch -Saint Andre triple cream cheese, pesto bread, garlic flavored olive oil and some wine. Some people might even add some Balsamic vinegar, smoked lake trout, salami or Etc., Etc. Apple, Orange, Pear and Mango - About two years ago when after many years I decided to start painting again I thought "What am I going to paint?" A bowl of fruit was the first thing that popped into my head and I thought how boring, not for me! If that's all I can think of, why start at all. I've put off painting that bowl of fruit until yesterday and I've got to say I was wrong. This was one of the most interesting paintings I have done to date. I hope you find it interesting also.
